Terms of Use

Affex is a study app based on spaced repetition. By using it you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to accept them where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

An account is optional. You keep ownership of the decks and courses you create. When you publish content to the shared catalog you confirm that you have the right to share it and you allow other users to download and use it.

• Do not publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer our services.
• Do not use someone else's account.

You can report content from its preview screen or by writing to privacy@affex.io. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.

Affex is provided as is. Keep your own backups; we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that sync will never lose data. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses.

We may update these terms. Continuing to use Affex after a change means you accept the new version.
